Garment measurement methods vary amongst brands.
Each garment on the website will clearly show which guide to follow.
Body Measurement – using a tape measure, allow one finger between body and tape.
Chest – Measure under your arms, across shoulder blades and around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist – measure around your natural waistline
Hips – measure around the fullest part of your hips (about 20 – 24cm down from your waist), standing naturally.
Garment Comparison Measurement
Lie flat a garment you already wear.
Chest - measure 1cm below sleeve join, from side seam to side seam.

- FREE delivery for online orders over $200 within New Zealand (Excludes Waiheke Island)
- Business and residential delivery: $10.00 ex GST for orders under $200
- Rural delivery: $14.00 ex GST; allow an extra 5 business days for delivery
- Waiheke Island delivery: $25.00 ex GST; allow an extra 3 to 5 days for delivery
- Orders can only be sent to a physical address
- All orders are sent by NZ Post Couriers, with a signature required upon delivery - if instructions are given to deliver and leave the order without a signature, courier liability for the goods ends once delivered

- Return garments in the same condition they were received, with tags and packaging; we can help to repackage if you have trouble with this
- Fill out returns/re-order form and send with garments to The Uniform Centre, c/o Booker Spalding Ltd, 17b Regent Street, Petone, Wellington 5012
- Freight charges for returns are at the customer’s expense; we recommend you use a courier with a trackable service; we do not refund garments that are lost in transit
- Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving your parcel; once processed, you will receive a credit note by email
- If you have received the incorrect garments, call us on 0800 50 70 90 and we will arrange our courier to collect the parcel, at our expense
